Hungarian low-cost carrier Wizz Air has re-opened its base in Debrecen, in eastern Hungary, the airline said on Monday.

Wizz Air will re-start flights to Eindhoven from June 5 and to London Luton from June 12.

Wizz Air will soon launch more flights to popular summer vacation destinations in Europe, communications manager András Radó said.

Debrecen International is Hungary’s second-biggest airport. In 2019, it welcomed more than 600,000 passengers.
