Career building, business development, negotiation techniques from a different perspective. This spring we began developing our English-language GlobalReady program with Mr. Roberto Massucco. 

Throughout the program, we place forward-thinking entrepreneurs into real business situations — those who are considering entering foreign markets or already have international partners but wish to operate much more effectively.

The aim of the “Global Ready – Sharpening Foreign Negotiation Skills” training held on November 20 was to enable the managers of participating companies to assess and develop their international communication and negotiation skills in a realistic, simulated environment, thereby taking the first step towards successful entry into foreign markets. The training was led by Roberto Massucco, an internationally experienced business coach. The central element of the program was a simulated international negotiation with a foreign partner.

Following the training, our chamber will continue to support the company’s expansion into foreign markets with additional, customized tools through the Enterprise Europe Network partner network.
