As part of its CSR activity, our Chamber organizes a collection of donations for the Igazgyöngy Foundation (https://igazgyongyalapitvany.hu/). The Igazgyöngy Foundation has been working since 1999 for equal opportunities, social integration, the eradication of child poverty and inherited deep poverty in the Berettyóújfalu micro-region.
Please help us to improve the basic living conditions of families to keep children in education by offering the following types of donations:
- Used but functioning smartphones with chargers – essential for staying in education, accessing basic information (Unusable, old mobile phones can still be handed over at the Chamber collection point)
- Working refrigerators, microwaves, bottled gas stove, washing machines, centrifuge, etc.
- school supplies: pen holders, stationery, drawing equipment, gymnastic equipment
- clean children’s clothing in good condition: size 128 cm to 170 cm, shoes: size 28

Where can donations be made?
- large-scale, heavy household appliances and clothing donations can be handed over at the Foundation’s premises at a time agreed with the Igazgyöngy Foundation:

- Small donations – school supplies and functional smartphones – can also be submitted in sealed boxes at the headquarters of our Chamber in Debrecen and at 5 regional offices, at a pre-arranged time. These donations will be sent to the Foundation at the end of the collection.
